BOOK
  • Active book of independent ECPs in a defined US territory
  • Currently or recently with a premium-frame, audiology, or specialty-eyewear line
INDEPENDENT-CHANNEL
  • Calling on practices that own their wall — not big-box optical employees
  • Existing relationships with practice owners and ODs in your metros
CHANNEL-OPEN
  • Not under active exclusivity with a Luxottica-distributed line
  • Open to adding a non-competing premium tech category
OPERATIONS
  • 1099 / independent rep status (or able to move to it)
  • W-9 + ACH-payable setup ready to go

We'll always read a resume. If the channel fit isn't there today, we'll say so directly — and you're welcome to come back when it is.

What happens next
  1. Day 0
    You send your resume + one-line intro
    Human auto-acknowledgement. We confirm receipt.
  2. Day 1–5
    We review and decide whether to talk
    Joaquin (COO) or the Head of Sales reads every resume personally. We come back with a yes-to-talk, a not-yet, or a polite no — every time.
  3. Week 1–2
    30-minute fit call
    A real conversation about your territory, your book, and whether Lucyd makes sense for you. No script. Both sides decide if there is a fit.
  4. Week 2
    Lucyd Partner Agreement
    If both sides say yes, the agreement comes by email. 12% commission · monthly cadence · pre-vetted accounts · 6-month tail on accounts you originate.
  5. Week 3–4
    First order
    Once we have a signed agreement and at least one pre-approved practice in your book, your first SO can go the same day.
