What happens next
  1. Day 0
    You submit
    Auto-acknowledgement to your inbox. Application enters the queue.
  2. Day 1–5
    We review
    Practice ICP scoring runs automatically. If you opted into Net 30, Finance reviews credit in parallel. We may follow up with a 15-min call to clarify anything that needs context.
  3. Day 5
    Approval
    NetSuite Customer record created with your terms, your rep, your shipping address. You'll get an approval email with your customer number.
  4. Day 7
    First order
    Your assigned Lucyd rep walks you through the line and helps build the first order. SO confirmation within 24 business hours of submission.
  5. Day 14
    On the wall
    Co-marketing kit ships with the first order — display materials, patient-facing brochure, social-ready video assets.
