We pre-approve every practice before the first SO ships. That's how we keep MAP discipline and channel quality.

    5-minute application. If you want Net 30, an optional credit-app section opens — same form, same flow.
  2. Day 1–5
    We review + (if Net 30) Finance reviews credit
    Practice ICP scoring runs automatically. Finance reviews credit in parallel if you opted into Net 30. We may follow up with a 15-min call.
  3. Day 5
    Approval
    NetSuite Customer record created with your terms, your assigned rep, and your shipping address.
  4. Day 7
    First order
    Your assigned Lucyd rep walks you through the line, helps build the first order, and submits it. SO # back to you within 24 business hours.
